Katihar, 25 October . For the successful conduct of Bihar Assembly General Election 2025, a training program was organized for the personnel related to voting and counting. Counting assistants, counting supervisors, micro observers and postal ballot counting personnel etc. were present in the said training session organized under the chairmanship of District Election Officer cum District Magistrate Manesh Kumar Meena.

During the training, detailed information was provided on all the points related to the counting process – such as checking of ballot boxes and EVMs, precautions to be taken during counting and voting, measures to ensure transparency, and the process of result compilation. Everyone instructed the trainees to conduct each phase of voting and counting carefully and impartially as per the instructions of the Election Commission.

At the end of the program, the District Election Officer cum District Magistrate said that the voting and counting process is the most important phase of the credibility of the elections, hence every employee should discharge his duties with full vigilance and impartiality. The training program was conducted in a peaceful and disciplined environment.
