All Bihar Brahmin Federation District President Subodh Mohan Thakur has expressed strong displeasure over the remarks made by Madhya Pradesh IAS officer Santosh Verma in the provincial session of the Scheduled Caste Tribe Officer Employees Association regarding reservation and Brahmins. He has demanded action from the Central and Madhya Pradesh governments against the officer who made the controversial statement.
He has asked to publicly apologize for the remarks made about the daughter of the Brahmin community. After the selection of Santosh Verma, posted as Deputy Secretary in the Agriculture Department in the Madhya Pradesh Government, as the provincial head of the Scheduled Caste Tribe Officer Employees Association, he made indecent remarks about the daughter of a Brahmin regarding reservation in the provincial convention.
On which the District President of All Bihar Brahmin Federation, Shri Thakur said that this comment is not only hurtful to the Brahmin community, but is also completely contrary to the conduct of an IAS officer, who has also made a malicious attempt to divide Sanatan Dharma through his conduct. Shri Thakur said that the Central and Madhya Pradesh governments should take strict action against such an officer regarding this comment, otherwise All Bihar Brahmin Federation will be forced to approach the court against such remarks.
He said that IAS Santosh Verma has a deep connection with controversies and Departmental Promotion Committee’s Special Judge Vijendra Rawat has also gone to jail for preparing fake documents for promotion with fake signatures. An IAS officer with such corrupt conduct does not have the right to remain an officer in the Madhya Pradesh government and after this comment, the Madhya Pradesh government should take cognizance and write to the Home Ministry for taking action on it. Shri Thakur said that the Federation R is against the comment made about Brahmins. Will fight the battle beyond.
