Bettiah, 25 October . In the District Auditorium located at Bettiah, expenditure observers Anil Kumar (Assembly Constituency-01 to 05), Vinay Kumar Kantheti (Assembly Constituency-06 to 09) were given training to the candidates participating in the election to maintain the expenditure incurred in the election in the Expenditure Account Register.

Expenditure in training: Observers were given detailed training to fill Part A, Part B and Part C of the register. During the training, the expenses were disclosed from the bank account opened for the elections.

Along with this, the limit of cash expenditure from any one party was Rs. 10,000. Part A of the register was told to record the expenses incurred as per the rate chart. Detailed information about entry was given in Part B and Part C.

After filling the daily expenses in the register, it was told to be present on the scheduled audit date. Nodal officers of Expenditure Accounts Cell, Assistant Expenditure Observers and members of the accounting team were present in the training along with expenditure observers.
