Patna, 30 September (NEWS IN BIHAR).

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today visited various Shakti Peethas of Patna City and Badi Devi Ji of Maroofganj on Maha Ashtami day. During this, he worshiped the Mahagauri form of Mother Goddess and bowed at her feet and received blessings.

The Chief Minister first went to visit Shitala Temple of Agamkuan, Badi Patandevi Temple, Chhoti Patandevi Temple and Badi Devi Ji of Maroofganj. On this occasion, he also wished for happiness, prosperity and development in Bihar.

Mother’s Chundri and Prasad were presented to the Chief Minister on behalf of the temple committee. This puja not only enlivened the religious atmosphere, but this cultural participation of the Chief Minister also increased the enthusiasm and faith among the local people.
