Bettiah, 25 October . A painful road accident took place on Saturday afternoon near Bisunpurwa located on Lauria-Bagaha main road of Lauria police station area. Seven year old Kisiv Kumar was seriously injured in this accident.

According to eyewitnesses, the unknown bike hit the child hard and fled from the spot. Kisiv suffered serious injuries on his head and body in the accident. With the help of local people, his family members immediately took him to Lauria Community Health Center, where after first aid, the doctors referred him to Bettiah GMCH in view of his serious condition.

The injured child is the son of Rajni Kant Chaudhary, resident of Mehdi village of Chautarwa police station area.
