Samastipur 13 October (NEWS IN BIHAR). A serious problem of absenteeism has come to light in the district during the training program of the polling team for the Bihar Legislative Assembly General Election 2025.

District Election Officer-cum-District Officer Roshan Kushwaha conducted a surprise inspection of the training centers running after the first randomization. During inspection, 35 polling personnel were found absent in Sant Kabir College Training Center and 56 in Holy Mission High School. Considering this as a serious matter, the District Magistrate ordered to register an FIR immediately.

DM Roshan Kushwaha clearly said that absence of any polling personnel will not be tolerated in the upcoming training programs. He directed the officers to strictly monitor the attendance and in case of any violation in future, strict action, including dismissal, will be taken against the concerned personnel.

This strict step of the district administration has been taken to ensure that the voting process in the upcoming assembly general elections 2025 is conducted in a fair, transparent and time bound manner.
