The district administration has issued strict guidelines with the aim of expediting the distribution of voter information slips regarding Bihar Assembly general elections 2025.

District Election Officer-cum-District Officer Roshan Kushwaha has instructed all the Electoral Officers-cum-Electoral Registration Officers, Sub-Divisional Officers, Land Reform Deputy Collectors, and Assistant Electoral Registration Officers to distribute voter information slips to all the registered voters by November 1, 2025, so that voters can get information about the polling station on time.

According to the instructions issued in the light of Election Department, Patna’s letter no. 4404/Nirva dated 13.10.2025, all B.L.O. Will have to go door-to-door and personally distribute the slips. During this time, it will be mandatory to register receipt along with signature or thumb impression of the voter or his family member.
