
Bhagalpur, 3 October (NEWS IN BIHAR). Durga Puja is ending with enthusiasm and faith in Bhagalpur. The heavy rains for three consecutive days have made the immersion process difficult, but there is no lack of enthusiasm in the devotees. Statues of several puja committees were taken out for immersion on Friday. Despite the rain, the devotees were engaged in farewell to Mother Durga dancing and singing to the tune of the DJ. Even in the midst of heavy rains, devotees took the Durga statue to the immersion site with enthusiasm and gaiety. In many places, water had accumulated on the roads, causing problems in immersion journey. Devotees were seen walking in a procession by applying umbrellas and wearing rain. The organizers of the puja committees have also made arrangements. Large statues were covered with plastic and cloth and loaded on trucks and tractors and taken for immersion. Children, youth and women were seen dancing to the sound system and DJ’s tune.
The atmosphere has been cooled due to the rain, but the enthusiasm of the devotees remains warm. The devotees are shouting the mother Durga by saying the next year by shouting the mother. Even in the midst of difficult weather, the way the flood of faith and enthusiasm has gathered, it clearly states that Durga Puja in Bhagalpur is not just a festival but a festival. No matter what the rain is, the enthusiasm of the devotees of Maa Durga would never have less.
