On Thursday, the last day of Sharadiya Navratri, the statue of Maa Bhagwati was immersed at various places in the district by taking out the procession. A large number of devotees and devotees joined the procession and immerse the statue with the mother’s cheering.

However, in view of the weather indifference in Araria urban area, it was decided to immerse the statue on Friday, while the statue of Maa Bhagwati was immersed with pomp in other cities and rural areas. In order to take the statue to deep water at the administrative level, the divers were arranged with the boat where the statue was submitted by the Pooja Committee and immersed in the water.
