Patna, October 14 (NEWS IN BIHAR). Amidst the excitement of assembly elections in Bihar, folk singer Maithili Thakur took membership of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday. During a program organized in Patna, the party’s state president Dilip Jaiswal got him the membership of the party.

On this occasion, BJP President said that folk singer Maithili Thakur has presented her talent to the country and the world at a very young age. He said that I congratulate that youth like Maithili Thakur are joining Bharatiya Janata Party.

The BJP president said that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is going to form the government in Bihar with two-thirds majority. The five parties of NDA have divided the seats in a cordial atmosphere, while the opposition is only giving a sigh of relief. He said that the National Democratic Alliance of the five Pandavas is moving forward with rock-solid unity.
