East Champaran, 19 October (NEWS IN BIHAR). Under the Bihar Legislative Assembly General Election 2025, all those government employees, district and other district employees, who have applied in Form-12 for voting through postal ballot, can exercise their franchise on 30 and 31 October 2025 at the Special Facilitation Center, Lumbini Bhawan, Motihari. The information has been given by the District Information Public Relations Officer quoting the District Magistrate.
