
Nalanda, October 23 . Independent candidate Shabnam Lata has intensified the election campaign in Asthawan assembly constituency of Nalanda district.
After nomination, he conducted an extensive public relations campaign in various villages of his constituency including Mahamadpur, Sherpur, Rajma, Malti, Katrahi, Rasalpur, Beldari and many other villages.
During public relations, he has appealed to the villagers for immense support and enthusiastic cooperation.
On this occasion, Shabnam Lata said that she has been dedicated to serving the people of Asthawan region for the last five years. She told that her father has been an MLA from Asthawan Assembly about 20 years ago, and even today his work is discussed among the people. She wants to serve the public by following his footsteps.
Shabnam Lata said that if the public gives her an opportunity, her first priority will be to make Asthawan Assembly clean, beautiful and developed. He has described skill development and employment generation for the youth as his main plan. Targeting the present MLA, he said, “There has been no concrete development in Asthawan in the last 20 years. Leaders come to the public only at the time of elections, later no one even inquires about their well-being.” She has claimed that this time the people of Asthawan are in a mood for change and they are getting full support. She said, “I am grateful for the affection and trust of the people of Asthawan and will continue to strive on the path of public service.
