Traders of fake notes are taking advantage of this opportunity. Indian counterfeit currency dealers are now sending small counterfeit notes to the border areas to be recycled. This was revealed by two fake currency dealers of Araria who were arrested from the bus park of Biratnagar.

Morang police spokesperson DSP Kopila Chundal confirmed the matter and said that the person arrested with the fake currency was identified as 23-year-old Mohd. of Araria district. Arbaaz and Mohd. In the form of a king. According to DSP Chudal, both of them had come to Viratnagar by CT Safari from Rani Seema of Jogbani. After alighting at Biratnagar bus park, Md. Arbaaz gave Indian 200 rupee notes to the safari driver. After which the Safari driver informed the police when he found the note looking different from the original and looking fake. On receiving the information, the police team of Ward Police Office, Viratnagar, during the investigation, recovered 18 notes of Rs 200 and one fake note of Rs 500 from Arbaaz. Initial investigation by the police has revealed that they are related to a fake note dealer, who is involved in the business of fake notes.

According to the police, the recovered fake notes were printed using special colors, due to which the plan was to easily sell them in the Nepali market. According to the police, during interrogation, Mohd. Arbaaz said that the main dealer of fake notes was in India.

Police said that it was revealed to be a big domestic business for which many things will be revealed after investigation.
