Katihar, 30 September (NEWS IN BIHAR). Kursela police station of the district has arrested 6 accused in the case of fighting between two parties over a land dispute.

The arrested accused include Ghusho Mandal, father of Gango Mandal, Pintu Mandal, father of Ramvatar Mandal, Raju Mandal, father of Ramvatar Mandal, Sarath Mandal, father of Jagdev Mandal, Sadanand Mandal, father of Jagdev Mandal and Satyanarayan Mandal, father of Jagdev Mandal. All the accused are residents of Chai Tola Ward No. 07 Police Station Kursela District Katihar.

The police registered an FIR under Section 109 of the Indian Penal Code at Kursela police station on behalf of both the parties and, taking immediate action, arrested 6 accused and sent them to judicial custody.

Earlier too, Kursela police station case number 90/24, section 307 Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act was registered regarding the same land dispute. The police is investigating the case.
