Araria 16 October (NEWS IN BIHAR) Under the sweep activities in Bihar Assembly elections, extensive activities are being carried out to make voters aware in various blocks of the district.

In the same sequence, today the education department organized a voter awareness-related consciousness session in various schools, in which students gave the message of voters’ responsibility towards democracy by participating in voter awareness rally, slogan writing and speech competitions. The children also took a pledge to explain the importance of voting to their parents.

Similarly, under the Welfare Department and ICDS, a door-to-door voter awareness campaign was conducted by Vikas Mitras and Anganwadi workers in their respective nourishing areas including various Scheduled Caste and Tribe hamlets of the district. Urged voters to ensure 100% voting in Bihar Assembly elections.

The didis of Jeevika group gave the message of my vote, my rights in rural areas through attractive rangoli and slogans. She inspired women towards their role in democracy.
