Patna, 3 October (NEWS IN BIHAR). The Indian Meteorological Department, Patna Center has issued an immediate weather warning. According to the ongoing alert, there is a possibility of light to moderate thunder and rain in many districts of Bihar within the next two to three hours. During this period, there is also a possibility of running strong wind 30 to 40 kilometers per hour.

Yellow alert released by the Meteorological Department states that the weather can be seen in Patna, Bhojpur, Kaimur, Rohtas, Aurangabad, Arwal, Jehanabad and Gaya districts.

The Meteorological Department has appealed to the people to be safe in homes during bad weather. Do not stand in electric poles, trees or open places. Farmers and people working in the field have been advised to immediately move to safe places. Vehicle drivers need to be vigilant during thunderstorms.
