East Champaran, October 21 (NEWS IN BIHAR). On Police Remembrance Day on Tuesday, SP Swarn Prabhat paid emotional tribute to the martyred police personnel at the District Police Headquarters.
On this occasion, all the senior officials and police personnel, including the Superintendent of Police, gathered at the Martyr Memorial site at the District Police Centre, observed silence together and saluted the martyred souls, praying for their peace.
SP Swarn Prabhat said in his address that the sacrifice of the martyrs is inspiring for all of us. It gives strength to all of us to continue on the path of duty with full honesty.
He said, Police Remembrance Day is not just an annual ritual, but it is a sacred occasion to pay respect to the soldiers martyred at the sacrifice of security, unity and integrity of the country and society. Their sacrifice and dedication further strengthens our commitment.
