A flag march was conducted by the police force on Monday for the peaceful completion of Durga Puja in Sarsi police station area. Under the leadership of Sarsi police station incharge Raju Kumar, this march started from the police station premises and was taken out through the local market to the Durga temples of various panchayats.

During this, the police station chief instructed the members of the puja committees to ensure the arrangement of CCTV cameras in the entire fair premises and not to play loudspeakers at loud volume. Besides, it was also suggested to make arrangements for separate queues for male and female devotees to see the idol and to increase the number of volunteers.

He said that Durga Puja is a festival of devotion and devotion, which can be celebrated only with peace and discipline to bring happiness, prosperity and peace.
