Saran, 26 November . Constitution Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on Wednesday under the aegis of National Service Scheme at Jaiprakash University, Chapra. On this occasion, Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Parmendra Kumar Bajpai administered the oath to the teachers, officers and employees after reading the Preamble of the Constitution.

Addressing the program, Vice Chancellor Parmendra Kumar Bajpai highlighted the importance of the Indian Constitution. He said that the Constitution is not just a book but is the soul of the people. Recalling the glorious history of Bihar, he said that we are proud of the fact that the Bihar in which we are standing is the mother of democracy.

Describing the Constitution as a living document of human life values ??and culture, Professor Gajendra said that the Indian Constitution paves the way for India to get out of the most difficult situations. Professor RP Srivastava said in his address that our Constitution resides in the people of India and is the soul of everyone. On this occasion, Shatrughan Ram also recited his poem related to the Indian Constitution, which infused national spirit in the audience.

The program was mainly attended by Registrar Professor Narayan Das, Professor Uday Arvind, Professor Anil Kumar Singh, Dr. Anju, Chairman of Post Graduate Philosophy Department Professor Sushil Kumar Srivastava, Dr. Neetu, Professor Asha Rani, Professor Amar Nath Singh, Dr. Dhananjay Azad, Dr. Tapasya, Deepshikha, Neeraj Kumar Singh, etc. This program was conducted by Professor Harishchandra while the vote of thanks was presented by Professor Rajesh Nayak.
