RJD's people's fate

Patna, 28 October . The process of Bihar Assembly elections 2025 is going on and political activity is intense regarding it. As the voting date is approaching, the political temperature is rising. Action has also started against rebel leaders. After BJP and JDU, now Lalu Prasad Yadav’s Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has also taken big action. RJD has taken action against 27 leaders and expelled all of them.

These leaders are accused of being involved in election campaigning against the authorized candidates of the party. The expelled leaders include many former MLAs and party officials. RJD has taken this step to maintain discipline in the party. In this regard, RJD has issued a letter late in the evening on 27th October, according to which, RJD has shown the way out of the party to 27 leaders. The names of many veteran leaders are included in this list.

Among the leaders who have been expelled from the party by RJD, sitting MLA from Parsa Chhote Lal Rai is included.

Apart from these, Ritu Jaiswal from Parihar, former MLA from Katihar Ram Prakash Mahato, former MLA from Muzaffarpur Anil Sahni, former MLA from Badhara Saroj Yadav, former MLC from Muzaffarpur Ganesh Bharti have been expelled from the party. These are those RJD rebels who had contested the elections as independent candidates while being in RJD or were accused of campaigning against the party.

RJD has also shown the way out to party’s extremely backward cell vice president Kumar Gaurav, Darbhanga district general secretary Rajeev Kushwaha, Mahesh Prasad Gupta from Jale, lawyer Prasad Yadav from Jale, Punam Devi Gupta from Motihari, former farmer cell president Subodh Yadav from Motihari, state general secretary Surendra Prasad Yadav from Senpur in Saran district. Neeraj Rai from Jagdishpur, State General Secretary Anil Chandra Kushwaha from Vaishali, District Spokesperson Ajit Yadav from Bhagalpur, Moti Yadav from Bhagalpur, Chiraiya Block President Ramnaresh Paswan from East Champaran and Patahi Block President Ashok Chauhan have also been accused.
