Patna, 16 October (NEWS IN BIHAR). SVEEP logo was unveiled by the district administration under the voter awareness program with the aim of increasing the voting percentage in Bihar Assembly elections.
On Thursday, the SVEEP logo was jointly unveiled by District Election Officer cum District Officer Aman Sameer, Senior Superintendent of Police Kumar Ashish, Deputy Development Commissioner Yatendra Kumar Pal at Bhikhari Thakur Auditorium in Saran city.
On this occasion, Additional Collector Mukesh Kumar, Deputy Election Officer Javed Iqbal, Panchayati Raj Officer Ravi Kumar, District Public Relations Officer Ravindra Kumar, Assistant Director of Divyangjan Empowerment Cell Pooja Kumari, District Program Officer ICDS Kiran Sharma, Art and Culture Officer Dr Vibha Kumari, Civil Surgeon Dr Sagar Dular, along with senior officials of the district, Santosh Kumar of Sweep Cell, Rakesh Kumar Sinha, Vinay Kumar Singh, Arvind Kumar Singh was present.
Voters should come out of their homes and go to the polling station and perform their duty: District Magistrate.
In his address on this occasion, District Election Officer cum District Officer Aman Sameer said that voting is on 6th November in Saran, a campaign is being run for public participation in this election. The district administration is going door-to-door through sweep logo and appealing to the voters to go to their polling station and vote on 6th November.
He said that competitions related to making quizzes, essays and reels are also being organized to create awareness on various social media platforms of the district administration. All voters can ensure their participation by motivating themselves and others.
Special campaign going on at polling stations with low VTR
Deputy Election Officer Javed Iqbal said that on November 6, in the great festival of democracy, all the voters of Saran will go to their respective polling centers and exercise their franchise.
