East Champaran, 19 October (NEWS IN BIHAR). A meeting of the returning officers and assistant returning officers of all the 12 assembly constituencies of the district was held under the chairmanship of District Magistrate cum District Election Officer Saurabh Jorwal.

During this period the election work was reviewed. During the review, information was obtained from all the election officials about the preparation of the dispatch center under their assembly constituency. Executive Engineer Building Division, Motihari informed that the dispatch centers for all the 12 assembly constituencies have been completely prepared and the place to keep EVMs in the strong room has been marked.

It was told that a total of 144 locations have been identified for housing the Central Armed Police Forces, work has been completed at all the places. The District Magistrate also obtained information about the station of District Armed Forces personnel and directed to complete all the work there also.

He said that the second phase of training of polling party officials will start from October 30 and will continue till November 5. As a result, preparations have been completed. Training will be given at CS DAV Public School Bankat, Motihari. The second phase training will be given assembly wise.

Training will be given in two shifts. The first shift will run from 10 am to 1 pm and the second shift will run from 2 pm to 5 pm. Regarding assembly wise training, it was told that on October 30, training of all the polling personnel of 10-Raxaul will be given in the first shift and on the same day, all the polling parties of 11- Sugauli assembly constituency will be trained in the second shift.

Similarly, on October 31, training will be conducted for polling personnel of 12-Narkatiya assembly constituency in the first shift and on October 31 itself, in the second shift, polling personnel of 13-Harsiddhi assembly constituency will be trained. Training will be given to the polling party officials of 14- Govindganj assembly constituency in the first shift on 01 November and in the second shift on 01 November itself, polling party officials of 15- Kesariya assembly constituency will be given training. Whereas on 03 November, training will be given to 16-polling party officials of Kalyanpur assembly constituency and on 03 November itself, in the second shift, 17-polling party officials of Pipra assembly constituency will be given training. Apart from this, on 04 November 2025, 18-polling party officials of Madhuban assembly constituency will be given training and on 04 November itself, in the second shift, 19-polling party officials of Motihari assembly constituency will be trained and on 05 November, in the first shift, 20- Chiraiya assembly constituency will be given training. area and in the second shift on 5th November itself. 21- All polling party officials of Dhaka Assembly Constituency will be given training. Under the second phase of training, voting of those polling team personnel who have given their application in Form 12 will also be done through ballot paper at the training venue i.e. CS DAV Public School Bankat.
