Saharsa, 14 October (NEWS IN BIHAR). Now only three days are left to file nomination papers for the assembly elections. The last date is 17th October. In such a situation, there is silence before the assembly elections as no candidate has come forward till now.
There is a lot of disappointment among the workers. There is no enthusiasm being seen among the common voters also. There are four assembly constituencies in the district. In which Sonbarsa is a reserved seat. On which currently JDU’s Ratnesh Sada became MLA and minister. So far, one NR receipt has been issued from Sonbarsa assembly seat. Whereas four NR receipts have been issued in Simribakhtiyarpur, eight in Mahishi Assembly Constituency and six from Saharsa Assembly Constituency so far. Due to the main political parties not being clear about the status of the alliance, a period of speculation is going on as to whether the ticket symbol is not final.
In this sequence, Jansuraj has so far declared former MLA Kishore Kumar Munna from Saharsa, former ZIP President Surendra Yadav from Simri Bakhtiyarpur, Shamim Akhtar from Mahishi seat and Satish Hazra from Sonbarsa reserved seat. Political experts believe that this time due to Jansuraj as a new player in the assembly elections, the candidates may get surprising results.
In this regard, Jansuraj is entering the field with full preparation. In the last elections, Mahishi and Sonbarsa seats were won by JDU, Simribakhtiyarpur RJD and Saharsa assembly seat won by BJP. Now it remains to be seen whether he retains his seat in this election or whether the voters change their decision.
