
Araria, 27 October . The glory of Chhath, the great festival of folk faith and sun worship, is spread across the country. This extremely rigorous festival of four days is completely dedicated to nature and Lord Bhaskar is worshiped with the objects provided by nature, without any priest.
The soldiers of SSB 56th Battalion Bathnaha, engaged in the security of India-Nepal border, were also seen engrossed in the preparations for Chhath Puja. This festival of folk faith is also being celebrated by the families of SSB soldiers from different states of India.
Near Bathnaha Bhadreshwar Canal, the family members of SSB jawan worship the setting and rising sun. For this, on Monday, SSB jawans along with the villagers built Chhath Ghat near Bhadreshwar Canal of Bathnaha.
A lot of enthusiasm was seen among the SSB jawans regarding the construction of Chhath Ghat. SSB jawans holding rifles in their hands were seen digging and leveling the ghat with spades. The local villagers were happy to see this.
