Rashid Anwar, State Secretary of All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul Muslimeen i.e. AIMIM, has opened a front against his own party. He accused the party’s State President Akhtarul Iman of selling the Araria Assembly ticket. Despite being the only candidate from the party from Araria, he expressed his displeasure over Engineer Manzoor being made the candidate from Araria Assembly and said that the party’s high command, who had raised the Congress flag all his life, put the task of selling tickets in his hands. He said that his rights were snatched away.

Rashid Anwar held a meeting with his supporters at his residence and expressed their opinion about the betrayal done to him by the party. Apart from him, Rashid Anwar had no other contender in the party. The ticket was sold to someone who had joined the Congress. Engineer Manzoor kept carrying the Congress flag for years and the party, contrary to its claims, sold the ticket to him.

He declared himself to be the single claimant for the party ticket and said that a survey was conducted by the party and his name was also there in that survey. After all, what kind of survey did the party conduct and in the name of the survey, work is being done to mislead the common people. A soldier of his own party was ignored and the ticket was given to a soldier of another party. He said that among the founder members of AIMIM in Bihar, he has shown loyalty and honesty with the party for eleven years. of During 11 years, he remained with the party in every small and big decision and during this period, he spent two to three crore rupees to irrigate the barren land of the party. He was a partner in the struggle. He said that in the last election, the party gave him the symbol at the last moment. No star campaigner came in the campaign. Despite this, he stood third while contesting the election for the first time. Despite this, he was cheated by the party.

Rashid Anwar has been the founder member of AIMIM, Bihar and has been the District President of Araria and currently holds the post of State Secretary in the party.
