Patna, 23 October . There has been a stir in Bihar after RJD candidate from Lalganj assembly of Vaishali district, Shivani Shukla, received a threat to shoot. According to the police, an unknown person called the police control room and the mobile number of the local Kartaha police station and threatened to shoot Shivani Shukla.

After this threat, there was panic in the police department and considering the seriousness of the matter, immediate investigation has been started. Shivani Shukla’s security has been increased after receiving threats. Shivani Shukla is the daughter of RJD leader and muscleman Munna Shukla, who is currently in jail. Shivani has contested from Lalganj assembly seat on RJD ticket. In this case, Kartahan police station incharge Kunal Azad has registered an FIR against the accused Dhanushi defendant Randhir Kumar of Kartahan police station, father Rajendra Kunwar and his brother Ranjit Kunwar.

Ranjit Kunwar himself had given the threat of murder over the phone. He currently lives in Hyderabad.

In this matter, SDPO Sadar-2 Gopal Mandal said that Kartahan police station chief was informed from the district control room that a person has informed from mobile number-7479749222 that some major incident is going to happen in Ghataro. When the police station chief called that number, the number was switched off. At around 6.56 in the evening, a call was received from that number on the official number of Kartahan police station.

The caller told the police station incharge that RJD candidate Shivani Shukla has a lot of money. If she does not pay the extortion money, they will shoot her when Ghataro arrives. If you can save it, save it.

After this the police became alert. When his SDR was taken out from the District Technical Branch, it was found that the number belonged to Randhir Kumar. The police took immediate action and arrested him.

During interrogation, the accused told the police that the number from which the threat was made is registered in his name, but it is used by his brother Ranjit Kunwar living in Hyderabad. When the tower location of the mobile was ascertained with the help of the District Technical Branch, it was found in Hyderabad. During interrogation, it was also revealed that the accused Ranjit had already gone to Hajipur jail in a murder case and Hyderabad jail in a rape case.
