Araria 15 October (NEWS IN BIHAR).

Tributes were paid to former President of the country Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam on his birth anniversary under the World Student Day program at Tribal Tola Madhura Primary School under Tiraskund Panchayat of Forbesganj block on Wednesday. Head teacher Mithilesh Kumar Singh presided over the program and made all the students eat sweets.

On the occasion, former headmaster of the school, Kumar Rajeev Ranjan told that the former President of the country, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, famous as Missile Man, was born on 15 October 1931. World Student Day is celebrated today to honor the contribution of the students and to take them forward. Teacher Ranjit Kumar Mandal also threw light on the biography of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and told the children that his statement that dreams are not those which are seen while sleeping, dreams are those for which we stop sleeping, always inspired them to get into life and learn from his biography.

On World Hand Washing Day, children were made to wash their hands with soap. Children were also encouraged to clean their hands at home. Focal teacher Sanjeet Kumar Nigam made a human chain of APJ and shared the lessons learned from his life with the children. Hundreds of children, school cooks, parents and teachers present paid floral tributes to the oil painting of revered Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. Gave tribute.
