Samastipur, October 16 (NEWS IN BIHAR). Voter awareness campaign is being run vigorously in the entire Samastipur district under the SVEEP program regarding the upcoming Bihar Assembly general elections 2025. In this sequence, special awareness programs were organized in Patori and Mohanpur blocks on Thursday.

During the program, school children, teachers, voluntary organizations and local people took out a voter awareness rally and made the citizens aware of the importance of voting. In the rally, the entire area echoed with slogans like “First voting, then refreshments”, “Every vote is necessary” and “Democracy is recognized, voting is our right”.

Sub-Divisional Officer (Patori) said during the program that the objective of the awareness campaign is to ensure that no voter is deprived of voting and all citizens exercise their franchise fearlessly. He further said that the role of young voters will be decisive in this election. The administration is continuously organizing awareness campaigns, cultural programs, essay and quiz competitions at schools, colleges and panchayat level so that more and more people are motivated towards voting.

A large number of villagers and students including the school headmaster, volunteers of women’s voting motivational groups, NSS and Nehru Yuva Kendra were present. Under the direction of DM Roshan Kushwaha, similar awareness programs will be organized in the coming days in all the 10 assembly constituencies of the district so that the goal of ‘Every Voter, Every Vote’ can be realized.
