In this great festival of democracy, while common voters are preparing to exercise their right to vote, all the personnel engaged in election duty are also exercising their franchise through ballot paper. Amidst the excellent arrangements made by the Samastipur district administration, this special voting process is being conducted in a completely peaceful, well-organized and inspiring environment. This voting is being organized at the facilitation centers set up in Sant Kabir Mahavidyalaya, Samastipur and DAV Public School, Mohanpur. Assembly-wise counters and well-organized arrangements have been made for the polling personnel at both the centres, so that they do not have to face any kind of inconvenience.
General Manager District Industries Center Vivek Kumar Sharma and Assistant Nodal Officer Anushka Kumari have taken charge of the voting process at Sant Kabir College Centre. Under his leadership, the personnel received full cooperation at every stage, from smoothly obtaining the ballot paper, voting and inserting it in the ballot box. At the same time, senior officer Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh himself is present at DAV Public School, Mohanpur center and is monitoring the entire voting and ensuring that every employee can cast his vote without any hindrance. Due to the preparation of the administration and the cooperation of the personnel, the atmosphere at the polling stations remained extremely disciplined and positive. The readiness of election workers and support staff was clearly visible at every stage. The arrangements at the centers were so well organized that the workers could easily cast their vote and return to their workplace on time.
After voting, most of the employees openly praised the efficiency and smooth management of the district administration. He said that “Such an excellent arrangement truly reflects the sensitivity and commitment of the Samastipur administration.” Some of the personnel also said that this process of ballot voting gave them a proud experience of fulfilling the democratic responsibility. This well-organized effort by the Samastipur district administration under the leadership of District Election Officer-cum-District Officer Roshan Kushwaha proved that when preparation and coordination is excellent, every phase of democracy can become inspiring. This well-organized and successful ballot voting not only became an example of the promptness of the administration in Samastipur, but also helped those engaged in election duty.
