Bettiah, 23 October . Raju Kumar, a resident of Rampurva village of Gaunaha police station area in Bettiah police district, died on Thursday at 11 am. Bahadur Chaudhary, the father of the deceased, told that in the morning my son Raju Kumar had gone to collect soil for Chhath puja. Meanwhile, while taking out soil from the corner, he got buried in the soil due to which he died on the spot.

Deceased Raju Kumar Choudhary was the eldest among three brothers. Father Bahadur Choudhary along with two younger brothers Sadhu Kumar and Shankar Kumar and mother Indu Devi are in a bad condition. The deceased was hurriedly brought to Gaunaha Referral Hospital at around 11:30 am. Where Dr. Pankaj Kumar declared the young man dead. Medical Officer in-charge of Gaunaha Referral Hospital, Dr. Shashi Kumar said that the body of deceased Raju Kumar was sent to GMCH Bettiah for post-mortem.
